I highly recommend MasterRoof. MasterRoof answered our call right away. The owners were friendly, professional and prompt. Not only do we have a beautiful roof but they were able fix some issues from the prior roof and get to us quickly and with excellent personal service. They also came as soon as I called to checked that same roof after a tornado came through to inspect for damage. Additionally, we recently had an emergency fix that needed to be done on another home and a quick call to Jim got it taken care of. We are getting ready to move and there is no question that MasterRoof will be there for us if we need anything in the future. They take the extra step of including friendliness to their customers as part of their company policy. Loved working with them. ~ Sue A

We highly recommend MasterRoof Contracting for siding repair projects. The siding on our house was damaged due to storm/wind damage. We contacted several siding contractors in the south Dayton area and sadly never heard back from some of them after leaving messages and sending email. However, Roman responded the same day we reached out to him for an estimate and showed up the next day to review the damages. We had a quote that evening to share with our insurance adjuster. Roman was very professional, courteous, responsive and demonstrated great customer service throughout the entire process. He is great to work with! Another thing we appreciated is his use of technology. No waiting for snail mail like so many contractors, as he transmits all correspondence in electronic format. ~ Randy T

After having a different company not be able to come to terms with my insurance on my storm damaged roof, I was kind of disappointed. Roman stopped by, gave me a run down on how things worked. My insurance initially denied my claim AGAIN and said AGAIN the repairs needed were less than my deductible. WRONG... using his knowledge of the industry, and process, Roman made a call to my insurance. The day following my second denial, my insurance rep was confirming my roof would INDEED be replaced. All I paid was my deductible. Materials arrived soon after I made my choices on color etc. 2 layer roof was torn off and replaced in 1 day. No problems with the roof nearly 1 year later. I am happy Roman stopped by, otherwise I would probably still be sitting under my old roof... Thanks again guys ~ jeremy s

Very impressed. We had a leak issue in our house last night and I submitted an online request for a quote. I didn't expect to hear back right away since it was after hours but within minutes, Walker called to find out how urgent of a problem it was and scheduled a visit. He was at my house the very next morning with two other co-workers and helped identify the problem. Although our problem ended up being with plumbing instead of roofing, all 3 guys provided great service, great advice, and were very kind and professional. They went above and beyond what I expected. Although I did not need their services after all, I can say that if their end product is anything like their customer service, it's top notch. I will call them first in the future for any roofing needs. ~ Jarrin B

Nick was around the neighborhood doing roof assessments and asked if he could inspect my roof (I actually HATE for to door advertising) and said “there is definitely some minor damage and we can try to do an insurance claim” I wanted to wait till there was specific damage and at no time did he try to pressure me, he gave me his contact information and left. Fast forward about 4 months and wind took some shingles off. Now because he was “no pressure” I reached out and so glad I did. Nick and MasterRoof were fantastic. Fast, professional, handled all insurance nuisances, the cleanup was way better than I expected (especially when you hear horror stories about nails being left everywhere) I would highly recommend them to anyone!!! ~ Kim H

I was told by several roofing company's that although my roof was severely damaged by a storm that I would have to fit most of the bill myself. MasterRoof came to the rescue. They were in contact with State Farm Ins. numerous times talking with them. Video chatting with them. They met with the adjuster showing them the damage and, most importantly, the items that were not up to code. Bottom line I received a new roof including new wood for the amount of my deductible. The roof looks great. They were done in one day. The gutters were done in one day also. These guys went over and above a standard response. My wife and I love our new roof and gutters. MasterRoof installed a shingled roof on my house and a metal roof on my barn. They did an excellent job in both cases! Roman and Jim did a great job convincing my insurance company to pay for more than the original estimate. They got both jobs completely paid for (minus my deductible) and I didn't have to even speak with my insurance company. Each roof was installed in one day, and my house has a large roof. Their crew was very friendly and did a great job of cleaning up. Communication throughout the installation was top-notch. My husband and I just moved into a new house and needed to get a roof repair. Nick and Derik came out for a quote and ended up taking our satellite dishes down since I thought they were an eye sore, totally free of charge. I told them to leave the base of the satellite but it was so nice of them to take time out of their day to go that extra mile. They were friendly and willing to help no matter what it took. These are the type of guys you want working on your house. The kind that aren’t afraid to sweat a little and do more than what’s asked of them. Jim and his crew were very helpful with the flashing project we had been needing done for a little over six months now. They get back with you very quick and were able to help the next day. After the job was completed Jim shared photos of the work that was completed and it looked better than I could have imagined. It’s safe to say, after they completed the work the stress I had about the leak in our roof is not bothering us anymore. I highly, highly recommend Nick and Walker with MasterRoof Contracting. Roof problems are never fun, but working with this company was a pleasure. When I first called, the person who answered was very nice and listened to the issue, and told me someone would call within an hour. I was pleasantly surprised when someone did call back that soon! Nick and Walker were able to stop by the next day, quickly identified the issue, and fixed it right away. Master Roof is very professional and done an excellent job working with us and our insurance. Nick was excellent from our first call out to the finish as well as Tristin walking us through the process. Edgar and his crew done an excellent repair and replacement. Nick follows through to ensure the job is complete and this is followed up by the owners to ensure you’re pleased. This company will ensure everything is completed. I highly recommend Master Roof Contracting, they replaced my rubber roofing on my awning that had been leaking for years. I had two other companies come out that could not get this leaking under control. They also replaced my shingled roofing and handled everything with my insurance and made the process much easier for me. They followed up and kept me up to date with scheduling the replacements. I was a little confused what shingles I wanted to put on my house and they came out, sat down with mw, and showed me all kinds of books with samples and helped me make a good decision. What an amazing team!!! Nick left a card at our door for an inspection. I called and he and his partner came out and did the inspection. They took pictures and helped us step by step for the insurance claim. They came out and worked with the adjuster. The initial claim was disapproved and I thought it was over. I was wrong. Nick contacted his boss and they followed up with my insurance to have a second adjuster come out. Nick met the second adjuster at the house and everything was approved. They had an opening the next week and their amazing professional team came out and removed and replaced the roof in a single day. They stayed late cleaning everything up. They were absolutely amazing. I couldn’t be happier with the look and the skills of all involved. I can’t say enough positive comments about them. I can not say enough positive things about MasterRoof Contracting! I started the process in April and did not get my new roof until July. Why do you ask? It’s because Jim and his team bent over backwards making sure insurance was giving me what my home and the roof deserved! When I say they went to battle for me, I am not exaggerating. Jim and his team kept me well informed the entire time and were open and honest about what expenses I may be looking at. Any questions I had were answered with expertise and kindness. MasterRoof Contracting was an amazing company with whom to work as we haggled with the insurance company to finally get an expertly installed roof. Derek Rogers was thorough, persistent, available, and his attention to detail and patience made him an amazing contractor. The installation team was a fine group of hardworking men, who stuck with the job until it was done perfectly and the space was immaculately cleaned up. I was referred to Roman at MasterRoof by a friend after a bad experience in trying to deal with a different roofing contractor. Roman and Jim came out to discuss the job and assisted in coordinating with other contractors to have the remainder of the job handled that was not within their scope of business. They were great to work with! I am now working with Gideon on a roof replacement for my father’s house. Gideon is also very knowledgeable, kind, and a pleasure to work with! Can't say enough about MasterRoof Contracting, they were very professional, did a fabulous job and worked with the insurance company so I didn't have to. After completion, they cleaned up everything - down to the last nail... My sales person, Derek was right on the mark! He was just a phone call away whenever I had any questions. My new roof was installed just before the Christmas holiday and they even went above and beyond to shelter my decorations from any harm. Jim and Roman did a great job installing a new roof for us a few years ago after some wind damage. They really went to bat for us with the insurance company and handled everything about the claim, and the roof still looks great. Recently, during Helene, we had a very large branch fall on the roof that was too big for us to remove. Master Roof came quickly, removed the branch, inspected the roof (no damage, fortunately), and even swept the leaves off of the roof and gutter guards while they were up there. We had some wind damage from recent storms. MasterRoof, and Nick Cooper in particular, came highly recommended by some of our neighbors. We had a terrific experience with Nick and MasterRoof also. He was very helpful and provided a lot of information throughout the process, from describing how things would go in interacting with insurance, to how he was going to temporarily patch the roof (he did it himself!), to how the repair and surrounding logistics would run, and how the insurance claim and payments process would work. Everyone we talked to at MasterRoof was open and direct and answered all our questions thoroughly. The new roof was installed *very* quickly, including replacement of a couple of water-damaged pieces of deck board, and cleanup was thorough--we've found maybe 5-6 stray nails out of the thousands that were pulled out during the install. The roof looks great, and best we can tell it's held up great through some heavy rains in the couple of weeks since. Can't recommend Nick and MasterRoof highly enough! ~ Brian S

Jim, Derek and their crew were awesome! We have a craftsman home with 6 hips and 4 valleys. I was a bit skeptical when Jim told us they would have 2 layers of shingles removed and a new roof, with some plywood replacement, installed in a day. The crew arrived at 7:30 am, we went out for the afternoon and when we returned at 3:30 the roof was done and the crew was cleaning up. We have nothing but good things to say about the work, skill level, and friendly service we received from The Master Roof team. ~ Harold T

Everyone at Masterroof is PHENOMENAL!! Konrad was there for me from day one all the way thru to the end. I'd never had a roof replaced so I had no idea what to expect. Konrad went above and beyond, fighting with my insurance company to get them to pay for everything. I LOVE it, it's BEAUTIFUL!! Former contractor myself and I absolutely cannot stand dealing with most contractors in today's world. Half do not show up and if they do its usually a constant battle. I rarely leave reviews, but MasterRoof exceeded my expectations. Their sales rep Sam was punctual, and communication between Sam, one of the owners and myself was strong during the entire process. I had wind damage to my roof I called Jim and talked to him. He had me take some pics and sent to him. He met with the insurance agent. He helped me through the process. Had the roof replaced with in 3 weeks of picking the color. It was a complete tear off and replace . They had it done in 1 day and was very professional.
